Terms of Service

Conditions for the sale and installation of TVIGILO security systems.

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Acceptance

These terms govern the purchase of equipment and installation services from Learn in Moving Corp DBA TVIGILO ("TVIGILO", "we"), based in Cape Coral, Florida. By accepting a quote, making a payment or scheduling an installation, you accept these terms. If you signed a specific installation contract, that contract prevails where it differs from this page.

2. The service

TVIGILO sells security equipment (cameras, NVR recorders, alarm systems and accessories) and professionally installs that equipment in residential and commercial properties in Florida and Texas. The equipment is yours: we charge no monthly monitoring or cloud storage fees. TVIGILO is not a monitoring center: the system is self-monitored from your phone and does not dispatch police, fire or emergency services.

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at the time of payment based on the installation address. Special property conditions (second story, no attic, atypical construction) may add surcharges that are disclosed before closing the sale.

4. Payments and financing

We offer several ways to pay:

  • · Pay in full by card, processed by Stripe.
  • · In-house payment plans with no credit check and no interest (for example, 50% down and the rest in installments), as agreed in your quote or contract.
  • · Financing with Affirm, subject to Affirm's approval and terms. Affirm is an independent lender: your loan conditions (rate, term) are set by Affirm, not TVIGILO.

If you choose an in-house payment plan, you commit to paying the installments on the agreed dates. Overdue installments may suspend warranty coverage until the plan is current.

5. Warranty

Equipment: 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects — full coverage (100%) for the entire five (5) year period. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective equipment; it does not cover damage from misuse, third-party alterations, power surges or force majeure events (hurricanes, floods, fires).

Installation: we warrant the installation labor (wiring, mounting, configuration) for 1 year. If anything we installed fails due to an installation defect within that period, we fix it at no charge.

Remote technical support (app help, configuration) is free for life. To make a warranty claim, write to help@tvigilo.com or call 786-451-4181.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Before installation: you may cancel your order with a full refund of what you paid, as long as you notify us before the equipment has been installed at your property.

After installation: installed equipment and the installation service are non-refundable, except as covered by the warranty. If equipment is defective, the warranty in section 5 applies (repair or replacement), not a refund.

Payments financed through Affirm are additionally governed by Affirm's cancellation and refund policies.

7. Cameras and recording laws

As the owner of the system, you are responsible for using it in compliance with applicable federal and state laws. In general terms (this is general information, not legal advice):

  • · Do not point cameras at spaces where other people have a reasonable expectation of privacy (bathrooms, other people's bedrooms, the interior of a neighbor's property).
  • · Recording audio has stricter rules than video. Florida requires the consent of all parties to record conversations; Texas requires the consent of at least one party. If you enable audio on your cameras, inform yourself first.
  • · If you use the system at a business or a property with employees or tenants, notice of video surveillance may be required.

TVIGILO installs the system per your instructions and is not responsible for any use of it in violation of the law. When in doubt, consult an attorney.

8. Customer responsibilities

9. Limitation of liability

A camera and alarm system is a deterrence and recording tool: it does not guarantee that a crime will not occur and is not a substitute for emergency services or professional monitoring. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVIGILO's total liability for any claim arising from the sale or installation is limited to the amount you paid for the equipment and installation, and TVIGILO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including losses from theft, vandalism or property damage committed by third parties). Nothing in this section limits rights granted by your state's law that cannot be waived.

10. Equipment ownership

The equipment becomes your property once paid in full. If you have an active payment plan, the equipment is installed and in use from day one, but title transfers when you pay the final installment.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent state or federal courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing the current version on this page. Changes do not retroactively affect purchases already made, which are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
