How we collect, use and protect your personal information.

1. Who we are

TVIGILO is the trade name of Learn in Moving Corp (Learn in Moving Corp DBA TVIGILO), a company based in Cape Coral, Florida, that sells and installs security camera and alarm systems in Florida and Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use tvigilo.com or hire our services, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly when you request a quote, schedule an installation or contact us:

· First and last name
· Phone number
· Email address
· Address of the property where the system is installed
· Property details relevant to the installation (stories, attic, construction type)
· Installation photos taken by our technicians, used for quality control and warranty support

We also automatically collect basic technical data when you visit the site (IP address, device type, pages visited) through cookies and analytics tools (see section 6).

3. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe and, for financing, Affirm. TVIGILO does not store credit or debit card numbers on its systems: payment data goes directly to these PCI-DSS compliant processors. We keep only transaction references (amounts, dates, payment status) needed for your account and your payment plan.

4. How we use your information

· Prepare quotes and process your purchase
· Schedule and perform the installation at your property
· Provide technical support and handle warranty claims
· Manage your payments and payment plans
· Send you communications about your order, installation or account
· With your consent, send you offers and reminders (see section 5)
· Improve the site and our services

5. WhatsApp, SMS and email communications

We communicate with you via WhatsApp, text messages (SMS), phone calls and email. Marketing communications are sent only with your consent, in accordance with the federal TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act). By giving us your number and agreeing to be contacted, you authorize these communications.

You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp message, use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or write to help@tvigilo.com. Transactional communications (payment confirmations, installation appointments, warranty) may continue because they are necessary for the service you purchased.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and local storage for basic site features (shopping cart, language preference) and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, traffic source). Analytics data is aggregated and we do not use it to personally identify you. You can block cookies from your browser settings; the site will keep working, though some features such as the cart may be affected.

7. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with providers we need in order to operate:

· Stripe and Affirm — payment processing and financing
· Meta (WhatsApp Business) and messaging providers — to communicate with you
· Google — site analytics
· Supabase and Vercel — infrastructure our platform runs on
· Our installation technicians — only the data needed for your installation

We may also disclose information when required by law (court order, lawful request from a competent authority).

8. Retention and security

We keep your information while you have an active relationship with us (purchase, active warranty, payment plan) and for any additional period required by legal and accounting obligations. We protect data with encryption in transit, role-based access controls and infrastructure providers with industry-standard security certifications. No system is 100% infallible, but if we detect an incident affecting your data we will notify you as required by applicable law.

9. Your rights in Florida and Texas

If you are a resident of Florida (Florida Digital Bill of Rights, FDBR) or Texas (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, TDPSA), you have the right to:

· Know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy
· Correct inaccurate data
· Request that we delete your personal information
· Opt out of targeted advertising and of the sale of your data (we do not sell it)
· Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To exercise them, write to help@tvigilo.com with the subject "Privacy". We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to the same email.

10. Minors

Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor gave us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date. If a change is significant, we will notify you through the contact channels we have on file.
